Stanly Clemons

Stan Clemons, a native of Wadesboro, N.C., is a graduate of Howard University. After retiring from a career as a criminal justice professional in Washington, D.C., he moved south and has been a resident of Atlanta since 1998. He enjoys contemporary music, fishing, writing, theater and a variety of cultural activities.

In 2004 he created “The Race Card Game. . . in pursuit of the level playing field.” It is a board game that focuses on Black America’s struggle for racial equality and provides a platform to stimulate dialogue on the issue of racism in America.

After attending a performance that depicted men in a negative light, he was inspired to write The Penile Soliloquies as an exploration of the behavioral patterns of women and the impact they have on the male psyche. It also contemplates how men face up to their own indiscretions & shortcomings. Conceived purely for entertainment purposes, the work does not necessarily have any social implications. The content fluctuates from superficial to profound reflecting the broad spectrum of the male mind.

Stan currently resides in Atlanta’s newest cultural district, Castleberry Hill, and enjoys the ambiance of the diverse and upbeat community. He is the father of three and grandfather of six.

About

The Penile Soliloquies is a series of stories and commentary told by men on sensitive issues related to or affecting the penis/male psyche. The work was conceived purely for entertainment purposes and not necessarily to have any social significance. The content fluctuates from superficial to profound reflecting the broad spectrum of the male mind. It also provides rationale as to how the desires of men are fulfilled, or not, as they interact with women.
