About

The Penile Soliloquies is a series of stories and commentary told by men on sensitive issues related to or affecting the penis/male psyche.  The work was conceived purely for entertainment purposes and not necessarily to have any social significance.  The content fluctuates from superficial to profound reflecting the broad spectrum of the male mind.  It also provides rationale as to how the desires of men are fulfilled, or not, as they interact with women.

Men are visual creatures by nature, they like shiny things, so it doesn’t take much to please them and control their behavior.  However, it doesn’t take much to incur their displeasure and cause them to act out and engage in BGB (ball grabbin’ behavior).  Acting out strengthens their belief in their manhood because their sense of self is sometimes, unfortunately, directly tied a woman’s willingness to please them and not necessarily to their desire to reciprocate.

A woman’s behavior can very well determine the level of responsibility and respect that a man is willing to accept and give in a relationship.  A man learns early on that a woman’s behavioral patterns also have a direct psychological impact on his penis/manhood and its/his ability to stand tall and strong.

The Penile Soliloquies is a contemporary exploration of those patterns as well as the good, the bad, the fun of the black love experiment.  On one level the work deals with what men like and dislike about their women; how they assess and treat their women and how they want to be treated.  On another level it contemplates how men face their own indiscretions and shortcomings; what their “real man” expectations are and the resulting outcomes.

The soliloquies focus on the inner most feelings of men and what they would like to say to their women but won’t.  Therefore, they speak anonymously through the insightful observations of the penile soliloquies.
